Delete your account yourself

The fastest way to delete your account and personal data is from your account settings:

1. Sign in and go to Account Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete Account and select it.
3. Read the summary, type DELETE to confirm, and submit. (Accounts created with a password also enter that password; accounts created with a social login such as Facebook do not need one.)

Your account is deactivated and you are signed out immediately.

If you signed in with Facebook

Deleting your account also removes the connection to your Facebook profile and the data we obtained through Facebook Login — your name, profile picture, and email. We do not retain any Facebook access token, and the Facebook identity is freed so it is no longer associated with 3D Hub Plus.

What gets deleted

• Your profile is deactivated and hidden from public view
• Your email, phone number, profile picture, and bio are erased or anonymized
• Any linked social logins (e.g. Facebook) are removed
• Saved shipping and billing addresses are deleted
• Notification settings are deleted and active jobs/orders are cancelled

What we keep, and for how long

Deactivated account data is archived for 30 days and then permanently deleted. For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons we retain a limited set of records beyond that, in anonymized form where possible:

• Transaction history (required for legal and tax purposes)
• Completed project records (anonymized)
• Messages in ongoing conversations (anonymized)

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer access your account, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account (subject: "Data deletion request") and we will delete your data on your behalf, typically within 30 days.
